Here’s a short film, where aliens steal the Rhodes Tower from downtown Columbus, by matte painting artist Mark Sullivan

Mark has gone on to do some amazing work for everything from Rain Man to the latest Star Wars trilogy and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. He’s even worked on a video for the Wu Tang Clan.

Now, we don’t know 100% for sure that Mark Sullivan is from Ohio, but he was going to the Columbus College of Art and Design when he made this, so there’s a pretty good chance he is. Regardless of that, this is still an absurd and awesome film that features aliens stealing a building from downtown Columbus, Ohio, so we’re keeping it no matter what.
