The Columbus Italian Festival, home of the World’s Largest Meatball, starts this Friday!
I love this festival and not just because I get a free pass for being a neighbor. There’s some great big band music, dancing, art, and food… oh, the food.
Speaking of the food: Stay away from the portobello mushroom ravioli! It’s delicious and I think about it all year long. I’ve had alarmingly vivid dreams about acquiring a 5-gallon bucket full of the stuff. You don’t need that kind of distraction in your life. Stick to the rest of the great food. It’s also delicious, but not distractingly so.
