We don’t talk about food often enough on this blog and we have some very good food so, this week, we’re making recommendations. Seriously, take a look at those waffles. We’re not talking about waffles you get out of a toaster and have to drown in syrup. Those are proper Belgian waffles from Taste of Belgium and they are delicious in ways you may not be ready for.
We’ve created a bit of a Sunday tradition of walking down to Columbus’ North Market and picking up a savory crêpe and a couple Belgian waffles, because breakfast also needs desert. You really can’t do much better, when it comes to good food you can carry and eat by hand, than Taste of Belgium.
With locations at Cincinnati’s Findlay Market and OSU’s Wexner Center Café (tell Lauren we said “Hello”*), you don’t even need to be within walking distance of their North Market location.
*No, you won’t get anything for it. We’re just being friendly.
